84 participants are currently active in the IPP program. They are receiving counseling services that are being carried out by licensed therapists who are trained in the gold standard in therapeutic modalities and who also offer culturally sensitive mental health counseling. This ensures that each participant is receiving high quality services that wouldn’t otherwise be available to them.
74% of the IPP participants are receiving services at full scholarship. The remaining 25% are at a steep sliding scale rate.
2.2 years is the average time in therapeutic services. *Treatment goals and progress determine the length of stay in therapy. This is in contrast to many community offerings that base treatment on a set number of sessions or specific timeframes such as 3-6 months. We want participants working towards sustainable and meaningful change. We know that this is only possible when goals and progress dictate the course of treatment.
177 participants have been served since 2022 *IPP started gathering/tracking data in 2022

In the therapist words
The IPP program has allowed a participant the opportunity to work with me for 5 years. They started therapy with unhelpful coping skills, battling addiction and unstable housing. As therapy went on they were able to process the impact of the trauma she experienced in her childhood with her difficulty navigating relationships. She has now celebrated her first year of sobriety with the longest history of job and housing stability. She shares gratitude for the IPP program, which allowed for the processing of grief/loss, abandonment, trauma, addiction, and trust, which has made room for healing and growth.
In the words of IPP participants
My experience has been tremendously life changing. I’m extremely grateful for IPP because if it were not for this company I would have no emotional outlet. When it comes to survival, mental health is not prioritized. Therefore I’m extremely grateful to have found a place that has made a way for me to be able prioritize my mental wellbeing. I’ve been a part of IPP for about 4 years and I’ve never been happier. I’ve gotten through so many obstacles thanks to my therapist.
As someone who was born and raised in a refugee camp, having this opportunity to get counseling has helped me a lot because one can only imagine all the trauma that I had growing up and never got a chance to work on. When I was able to get this opportunity, it helped me talk about what I went through as a child, the transactions of coming to the USA, and also being a college student. My time here has helped me to even talk about my feelings, set boundaries, and so on. Which was most difficult for me to do. I am so thankful to have this opportunity.
