Chicago IPP

Who We Are

Infinite Possibilities is a nonprofit empowering individuals by improving mental health, creating opportunities and promoting inclusivity. Our team is committed to making a more equitable Chicago by increasing access to services.
The Infinite Possibilities Program is a Chicago-based program committed to improving mental health among adolescents and emerging adults in Black and Brown communities.

Since its creation in 2011, IPP has offered inclusive, high quality, and supportive services to broaden access to holistic care with a goal to uplift the community and change inequitable systems. Our focus is on serving individuals who have traditionally faced barriers to accessing mental health services, through no fault of their own. Through our comprehensive approach, we strive to not only to address immediate mental health needs but also foster long-term well-being and resilience.

Our Mission

At Infinite Possibilities, we believe that life is all about authentic connections. Our goal is not to reinvent the wheel, but rather to serve as the central hub through which program participants can access high-quality, holistic support as means to improve their overall mental health. We do this across a variety of areas by offering counseling services, job readiness, educational support, financial literacy, community building, mentorship, and beyond. We partner with professional organizations that align closely with our core values and mission.
Together, through meaningful partnerships and fundraising efforts, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve and our community at large.

Our Board consists of clinicians and professionals who have demonstrated a heavy and heart-felt investment in the development of the IPP program. The IPP Board recognizes the exclusionary origins of the American mental healthcare system, and acknowledges the importance of diversity and representation of all people, not only in the access to care, but from the individuals who hold power and influence the decisions of the program.
